The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team, specialising in the digital and tech space. This is a fantastic chance to own your own desk, manage multiple client accounts, and make a real impact within a supportive, values-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within digital, tech, or related sales roles.
• Confident in full-cycle (360) recruitment with a consultative, client-focused approach.
• You know your numbers and have a strong track record of delivering results and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously.
• Commercially-minded, motivated to grow a niche, and committed to quality placements.
• Someone who values fit, longevity, and making the right match for both client and candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and company culture.
• Match candidates on both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement.
• Stay ahead of market trends and help shape your desk’s direction.
