Junior Account Manager
Reading (Hybrid)
30,000 plus 25% commission (quarterly)

They are scaling quickly, and now they’re hiring a Junior Account Manager to join their Learning team in Reading. This is a role that sits somewhere between customer success and account management, so is ideal for someone with commercial experience who enjoys building relationships and driving customer value.
About the Role
· Manage and nurture customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner to help clients get real value from our learning solutions.
· Support the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and ongoing adoption.
· Identify commercial opportunities, renewals, and upsells.
· Work closely with sales, content, and customer support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
· Use HubSpot to track activity, customer interactions, and pipelines.
· Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, customer communications, and engagement initiatives.
· Be hands-on and adaptable, this is a growing business where teamwork matters.
· Participate in regular meetings with senior leadership, including mentorship sessions with the CEO.
About You
· 2–3 years of commercial experience.
· Experience in account management, customer success, or a hybrid role.
· SaaS experience is highly beneficial.
· Comfortable with technology and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
· Strong communicator who can build rapport with global teams and customers.
· Proactive, organised, and willing to “get stuck in” to support colleagues.
· Understands how to be customer-centric and commercially minded.
