Our client is a fast-growing marketplace in the construction sector, transforming how contractors and businesses access equipment and services. By connecting customers directly with suppliers, they deliver speed, efficiency, and cost savings.
With a driven commercial team already in place, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to help them expand further.
About the role
This is a new business-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives on winning customers and building relationships from scratch. Over time, the role will evolve into a mix of business development and account management as you grow your client base.

About You
We are looking for dynamic salespeople with industry experience who can hit the ground running. You will be successful here if you are:
· Experienced in the waste management or construction supply chain
· Sales-driven, with a proven track record in hunting and closing new business (not just account management)
· Equipped with a network of customer contacts you can bring with you
· Resilient, entrepreneurial, and able to work at pace in a growth environment
· A problem-solver who’s responsive, communicative, and commercially sharp
